Cathy was put on the trach collar this morning. Unfortunately she was only able to tolerate it for about an hour and a half. No time to satisfy her hunger pains.
When she is awake, she is upbeat and responsive. However, all afternoon she has only been awake in 10 to 15 minute increments.
There is not much else to update this evening.

I am sorry to hear Cathy did not get to feast on her favorite foods.
On the postitve side, Cathy manages to stay upbeat. That's our girl!
It sounds like your body is demanding rest...so rest peacefully and let it heal and regain strength. May tomorrow bring some real food...finally!
