Watermellon And Peaches

After yesterday's news, today's activities were anticlimactic. We did confirm that Cathy will still have to be transferred to a rehab facility. This move will probably happen early next week.

Cathy is still dealing with the headaches and nausea. She is getting stronger every day. She can now get in and out of bed without assistance.

This morning we asked if Cathy could start ordering her meals from a regular menu (I had already begun sneaking in soft foods to her). Starting with today's lunch, Cathy started to 'officially' eat regular, soft, foods.

It may have felt "anticlimactic" for you, but from this end it sounds like another landmark day! Getting in and out of bed on your own and being cleared to eat regular, soft foods. From where you were, those are huge milestones! More to praise God for! I'm praying for that nausea and those headaches to bid farewell though! That's gotta suck! (Pardon my French, but I knew it would make you giggle...coming from me).

With Love and Hugs,
BonBon

Wow, what a miracle and what a fight! "You've come along way baby"

I hope you combat the nausea and those headaches real soon.

Love always...

Wow, we get home from a week of hunting/camping/picture taking and Cathy makes tremendous, miraculous progress! She is re-listed! Answers to prayers are becoming visible everyday. Walking, eating, and making great strides! Way to go, both of you! We will continue the prayers about the rehab facility, and a transplant happening very soon!
